Return Process

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship Items

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
